We are seeking a creative and experienced Event Designer to join our team. The Event Designer will be responsible for designing and executing visually stunning events that exceed our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for the event
• Create event design concepts, including color schemes, decor, lighting, and floral arrangements
• Develop detailed event design plans and sketches
• Source and select decor and rental items
• Manage event design budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, including florists, rental companies, and lighting technicians
• Set up and tear down event decor and design elements
• Provide on-site event design support and troubleshooting as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Event Designer or similar role
• Strong design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative problem solver with the ability to think on your feet

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Design, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Event Designer
• A portfolio of previous work showcasing a range of design styles and techniques
